What a Mix!
So, as I've said, my puppy Loki is a Rat Terrier-Shar Pei-Pomeranian mix. One parent was rat terrier and the other was the Pomeranian-Shar Pei mix.
Pomeranians are from Germany and Poland. Shar Peis are from China. And Rat Terriers are American, but came from a mix of fox terrier (British), Italian greyhound, Beagle (British) and Miniature Pinschers (Germany)
I love the fact that my puppy is such a mix. I'm that way, too. Here is what I am, based on my parents' DNA tests and genealogical research:
English (47% based on both parents) 2. Irish (11%, including #3 and #4) 3. Scottish (The Colquhoun Clan -pronounced Cahoon - cannon makers for King Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden) 4. Welsh 5. Dutch 6.
